History and Pictures After graduating high school, I served 2 terms with the U.S. Army. I served 2 years in the Vietnam War and 1 1/2 years in Germany. I met my wife in Augusta, GA while stationed at Ft. Gordon. We got married in 1971, and moved to Canonsburg, PA in 1972. I worked for KOPPERS CO. in the chemical lab until moving to Conyers, GA in 1984. Currently, I am a General Superintendent for Blount-Sanford, a local construction company. I travel to Florida, Louisisana, Mississippi, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama. I come home to visit Mom in Cuddy whenever possible. I was there to help her with the big flood. Her house was still there, but everything in it was gone. Her house was remodeled, and looks great now. I was just in Cuddy this past October. I hope to come home again soon and see some of you!
