History
and Pictures
I am working
for Comcast as an administrative assistant to the Director of the
Commerical Business Services sales group at the Region Office in
Robinson Township, PA. My career in the communications field began
in 1987. I totally enjoy my job and can't imagine retirement. Ed
has been retired from USAirways since 2002 after a 36 year career.
Ed and I have
been married nearly 38 years. We typically take a vacation each
year near our anniversay to the Caribbean or Florida. We both love
the sun and ocean. When I'm ready for a lifestyle change I'm sure
it will be in the south.
Our children
are grown with families of their own. Everyone lives within an hour
of each other so we gather often enjoying the grandkids. To date
5 boys and 1 girl. A baby is due in April but the parents have chosen
not to know the sex so we will all be surprised. What are the odds
of 6 boys and 1 girl? It doesn't matter grandma spoils them all.
I had hoped
for a 40th reunion, however , I understand that everyone is busy
with grandkids, aging parents, careers. Planning a reunion is time
intensive, often I wish for more hours in the day. I envy my mother
and the friends she granduated with in 1945 from SF. They meet every
year for a reunion dinner. Mother will be eighty in April. One would
think that as we approach sixty life would be filled with time to
spend on ourselves. I don't know about everyone else but I'm busier
than ever.
Note
from Kris: I received this e-mail from a proud grandma!

inches tall. Valery is welcomed by her parents Teri Ann and Joe

from the picture Grandma Webster is thrilled.
