History and Pictures From high school I went to Carlow College where I got my degree in nursing. From there I went on to Duquesne Univerity and got a MS in pharmacology. In 1972, I finally entered medical school. After graduating from Medical College of Pa in 1976, I spent 21 years in the Army - I am an oncologist. I finally settled in El Paso, TX in 1997 where I worked at Tech Tech University Health Sciences Center for 8 yrs. I left there and now work as a part time oncologist at Wm Beaumont Army medical Center in El Paso. As I now say - I am a part time physician and full time basket weaver! In 1996, I took a basket weaving class and became hooked - I do as many art shows in the southwest as my schedule allows. I finally got a web page up and running - www.azbaskets.org.
